Spanning an area of 150,000 square meters, "Silicon Park" is set to become the first smart city project to take shape at Dubai Silicon Oasis.

The "Silicon Park" project has been designed to comply with the Dubai Government's strategic direction on smart cities that focus on six pillars: life, society, mobility, economy, governance and environment.

This project consists of 4 towers connected by a retail podium, located on Al - Hebiah Third, Dubai Land (Mudon), Dubai, UAE. Tower A is a 4 - star hotel with fantastic appearance and facilities. And Tower B, C and D are services apartments. The total built up area is 163, 780 m2 with total construction duration of 900 days.

There are 5 bridges namely Bridge - SN - 1, Main - NS - 1, Bridge RMPES, RMPSW2 -2 , RMPWN crossing the existing Sheikh Zayed Road. In between, 2 No's of bridges (Main - SN - 1 & Main - NS - 1) will fly over the existing Dubai Metro, and 1 bridge (RMPES) will cross beneath existing Dubai Metro.
